1. Information We Collect

OwnGoodsLab collects the following personal information to provide sticker ordering and shipping services.

• Name (recipient)
• Phone number (shipping contact)
• Shipping address and postal code
• Email address (collected via Google social login)

Your uploaded photos are never stored. Photos you upload are used solely for sticker generation by the Art Engine and are deleted immediately after processing. Generated sticker images are retained for order review. Images that are not purchased are deleted 30 days after generation. Purchased images are retained for sticker production and deleted 90 days after delivery is completed.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Order processing and physical sticker delivery
• Payment verification and refund processing
• Order-related emails (order confirmation, shipping notice, cancellation notice)
• Customer support

3. Data Retention

• Shipping address and phone number: 90 days after delivery
• Upon account deletion: immediately deleted (unless retention is required by law)
• Transaction records under e-commerce law: retained for 5 years

4. Data Encryption

Phone numbers and delivery addresses (recipient name, address) are stored using AES-256 encryption and are only decrypted when needed for delivery processing.

5. Third-Party Disclosure

OwnGoodsLab does not share your personal information with third parties, except in the following cases.

• Korea Post service for shipping (name, address, phone number)
• Toss Payments and PayPal for payment processing (order amount and info)
• When required by applicable law

• Request access to your personal information
• Request correction or deletion of your personal information
• Request restriction of processing
