All stickers from OwnGoodsLab are custom-made products produced individually based on your uploaded photo. Because each item is produced exclusively for you, our refund policy differs from standard retail products.

3. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Before shipping: You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before the item is shipped. Use the "Cancel Order & Refund" button in the app.
After shipping: Refunds are not available once shipped due to the custom-made nature of the product. If you received a defective or incorrectly shipped item, please contact our support team.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days depending on your payment method.
