1. Service Overview

OwnGoodsLab provides a made-to-order service that transforms user-uploaded photos into anime-style sticker designs, then produces and ships selected designs as physical stickers.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

• You may create an account using Google sign-in or other authentication methods provided by the service.
• You are responsible for your account information and activity under your account.
• Some test sign-in methods may be available for service operation, payment review, or fraud-prevention review.

3. Uploaded Content

• You must have the rights needed to upload and use the photos or materials you submit.
• You may not upload content that infringes another person's likeness rights, copyright, trademark, privacy rights, or other rights.
• Illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually exploitative, violence-promoting, fraudulent, or rights-infringing content may be restricted.
• Original uploaded photos are used only for sticker generation. Retention and deletion are handled under the Privacy Policy.

4. Orders, Payment, and Shipping

You may place an order by selecting generated designs. Order totals, shipping fees, and estimated delivery timeframes are shown during checkout. Production starts after payment is completed. Shipping and refund details are governed by the Shipping & Refund Policy.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Because stickers are custom-made, refunds for change of mind may be limited after shipping begins. For cancellation before shipping, defective items, incorrect shipments, and other details, see the Shipping & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The service, brand, logo, interface, software, and operating materials belong to OwnGoodsLab or their respective rights holders. You retain rights to your original uploaded content, and you permit OwnGoodsLab to process that content and generated images as needed to provide the service, process orders, manage quality, and provide support.

7. Service Changes and Restrictions

OwnGoodsLab may change, suspend, or restrict parts of the service when needed for stable operation, security, legal compliance, or business operations.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by applicable law, OwnGoodsLab may limit liability for damages caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, network failures, payment processor issues, carrier delays, or user-caused issues.
